Submitting information to us is voluntary. However, if you would like to receive information from one of our third party loan providers or affiliates (“Affiliated Loan Providers”), the requested information is necessary. For more information on how our service works, please click here. 2. Use of Data Collected

Information you choose to provide us will be used to offer you products and services in accordance with your interests. Such information may be shared, in accordance with Section 3 below, with trusted third parties such as Affiliated Loan Providers. In addition, we use the information we collect to enhance your experience on our website and to help us offer content we determine may be of interest to you. We may also use information to improve our site, conduct statistical analysis, and for our own marketing, promotional, editorial, or feedback purposes. Information collected may be added to our databases and used for future communications (e.g., e-mails, postal mailings, text messages) regarding products and services. You may opt out of receiving communications from us at any time in accordance with Section 5 below.

3. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

When you provide us information as part of an application for a product or service, it may be shared with trusted third parties, such as Affiliated Loan Providers, to provide products and services that you might find of interest and in accordance with Section 9 below. We may also employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. These service providers may have access to your personal information in order to provide these services, but when this occurs we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to limit their use of that information to helping us provide the service.

4. Information Collection Processes

We collect information that you provide directly through our website or other channels. In addition, we and our Affiliated Loan Providers use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our website through your computer or mobile device. WeFixMoney is not a lender. As described here, we work with Affiliated Loan Providers to find you products and services that meet your needs. As such, you may be redirected to an applicable Affiliated Loan Provider’s website after you have completed the application page on our website and the information you submitted may be shared with an Affiliated Loan Provider. Please note that your information will be subject to such Affiliated Loan Provider’s privacy policies. We choose our Affiliated Loan Providers carefully but they are independent entities and we do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy of their privacy policies and/or terms and conditions; please review them carefully.

  • Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of WeFixMoney, our users, customers or the public as required or permitted by law.

If the ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes or we otherwise transfer assets relating to our business or the website to a third party, such as by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy proceeding or otherwise, we may transfer or sell your personal information to the new owner. In such a case, unless permitted otherwise by applicable law, your information would remain subject to the promises made in the applicable privacy policy unless you agree differently.
